State decorations of the Republic of Serbia are regulated by the Law on Decorations of the Republic of Serbia adopted in 2009. Decorations are divided into three grades: orders, medals and commemorative medals. There are six orders and three medals. Before 2009, Decorations of Serbia and Montenegro were awarded.

- Feast of the Presentation Order (3 Classes)
- Order of the Merits for the State (3 Classes)
- Order of the White Eagle with Swards (3 Classes)
- Order of Merits in Defense and Security (3 Classes)
Medals
- Medal for Bravery (2 Classes: Golden and Silver medal)
- Medal for Merits (2 Classes: Golden and Silver medal)
- Medal for Merits in Defense and Security (2 Classes: Golden and Silver medal)
