The Ohio Xtreme Cage Fighting (OXF) better known as Ohio Xtreme Fighting is a US based mixed martial arts organization founded in 2006 by UFC veteran Michael Patt, and it is one of two mixed martial arts promotions under the Rumble Entertainment Group banner, the other being Indiana Xtreme Cage Fighting. The official first event took place on September 6, 2006 at the MG Kreber National Guard Armory in Kettering, Ohio. The second event was held at the same venue in December of the same year.

By the second show, the Ohio Xtreme Fighting's attendance had met the capacity of the original venue. The following year Ohio Xtreme Fighting moved venues to the Coliseum building at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds in downtown Dayton, Ohio.
