No Type of site Satirical News Owner Students Created by Students Launched 2009 Current status Active The Northwestern Flipside is a weekly online and printed satirical newspaper at Northwestern University, started in January 2009 by residents of the Willard Residential College[1]. Though it is a relative newcomer to the Northwestern publication scene, it has made quite a name for itself, being the university's only exclusively satirical publication. The Northwestern Flipside is also associated with the Flipside News Network[2], which connects it with various other Flipside publications throughout the United States.
