The North American Nations Cup (also known as the North American Football Confederation (NAFC) Championship) was the football (soccer) championship for the CONCACAF's North American Zone.

In 1991, the U.S. hosted the championship which Mexico would go on to win for their third title. This was the last North American Championship held as the Gold Cup became the dominant regional championship.

The NAFC held this competition in 1947 and 1949; the North American zone (CONCACAF era) continued the tournament in 1990 and 1991. While Canada was a founding member of the NAFC, it did not participate in the first two championships.
