Norm Hiscock (born in Montreal, Quebec) is an Emmy Award winning[1] screenwriter and producer. He is known for his work on Saturday Night Live, King of the Hill, The Kids in the Hall, Corner Gas[2] and most recently Parks and Recreation. He was also a writer on the The Kids in the Hall film Brain Candy.[3]
