Niculiţă Secrieriu (February 1, 1938-August 3, 2002) was a Romanian painter.
He studied at the Institute of Fine Arts "Nicolae Grigorescu" in the class of Corneliu Baba.
Secrieriu had many exhibitions in Bucharest, Paris, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Argentan, Sévigny, Bagnoles de l'Orne, Helsinki, Moscow, Buenos Aires, Warsaw, Bratislava, Hague, Jerusalem, Stockholm, Ankara, Venice...
Many of his works are now in museums in Romania, but also in private collections in Italy, England, Canada, Switzerland, France, Germany, Netherlands, USA, and Bulgaria. In 1999 he was awarded the prize "Painter of the Year" by the Romanian Artists Association (UAP), and in 2001 was nominated for the prize of the Romanian Academy.
