Nibuwatar is a village development committee in Makwanpur District in the Narayani Zone of southern Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 3,666.^[1]

Nibuwatar is a village development committee in Makawanpur district. It is a very nice and beautiful place in Makawanpur. Nibuwatar is surrounded by hills. It lies between Bhinse and Bhimphedi. There are more than 10 schools in Nibuwatar including one secondary school. Nibta club is a very famous sport club in Makawanpur. It is in Nibuwar-9, kulekhani second and third hydro electricity offices are also in Nibuwatar. Kshetra Bahadur Pandey is a man who is a famous social worker in Nibuwatar vdc.
