The National Photographic Archive, Temple Bar, Dublin.

The National Photographic Archive is located in Temple Bar, Dublin, Republic of Ireland, and holds the photographic collections of the National Library of Ireland. The archive was opened in 1998[1] and has a reading room and exhibition gallery. Over 20,000 glass plate negatives dating between 1870 and 1954 have been digitised and can be viewed via an online catalogue on the National Library of Ireland website.[citation needed]
