My Kitchen Rules (season 2) is a reality television cooking programme which airs on the Seven Network. Season 2 commenced on 31 January 2011. The winning team will win $100,000 prize money.

Summary
Initially, each episode focused on one team's day of cooking and serving a three course dinner for the judges and their opposing teams. After all teams had been assessed, the team with the lowest score from each group competed in a Sudden Death round, with one team being eliminated. The remaining 11 teams competed in a series of challenges until two teams remained, both of them competing for the final time to win the series.
