Muntinlupa station used to be a station, now only a flagstop, on the South Main Line ("Southrail") of the Philippine National Railways. The station was removed together with the I.S. during the I.S. clearing in 2009. No specific reason why it was removed if it was thought to be an I.S. house or so a new one can be constructed which was within the proposed Phase 2 project that will rehabilitate and double track the South Main Line from Sucat Railway Station to Calamba Railway Station. The station/flagstop is located on Rizal Street in Muntinlupa City.

The station/flagstop is the seventeenth station southbound from Tutuban and is one of three PNR stations serving Muntinlupa City, the others being Sucat ang Alabang.
