Guadalupe MRT Station is a station on the Manila MRT Blue Line (MRT-3). The station is one of the many elevated stations that can be found on the line. It is located in Makati City and is named because of its location in Barangay Guadalupe Nuevo in Makati. The barangay (and its counterpart barangay, Guadalupe Viejo) is named after Our Lady of Guadalupe.

The station is the fifth station for trains headed to North Avenue in Quezon City and the ninth station for trains headed to Taft Avenue in Pasay City, and is the last MRT station south of the Pasig River.

Guadalupe station is near two major seminaries: the San Carlos Seminary and the Our Lady of Guadalupe Minor Seminary, both of which are manned by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manila. It is also near a shopping complex and public market (Guadalupe Shopping Center), which is connected to the station's concourse by an elevated walkway.

Passengers can board jeepneys, taxis, and buses to various points from the station, including eastern Makati City, Fort Bonifacio, Makati City Hall, Pateros, and City of Manila (Taft Avenue and Paco District). Cycle rickshaws can be found in areas further away from EDSA that serve locally within Guadalupe. The Guadalupe MRT Station is the closest station for the Rockwell Center, which houses the upscale Power Plant Mall. The Guadalupe Pasig River Ferry Station is also located nearby.
