Mount Langway

Mount Langway (75°29′S 139°47′W / 75.483°S 139.783°W / -75.483; -139.783) is a coastal mountain (760 m) located 2.5 nautical miles (4.6 km) southwest of Mount LeMasurier in the Ickes Mountains of Marie Byrd Land. The mountain was first photographed from aircraft of the United States Antarctic Service (USAS), 1939-41. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Chester C. Langway, United States Antarctic Research Program (USARP) glaciologist at Byrd Station, 1968-69.
