The Moroccan Orange Tip, Anthocharis belia, is in the Pieridae family of butterflies.[1] It range is mostly Northwestern Africa – specifically Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia – but is it also found in southern Europe (mainly Spain, Portugal and southern France).[citation needed] The length of the forewings is 18–20 millimetres (0.7–0.8 in).[citation needed] The larvae feed on Biscutella laevigata and Isybrium officinale in the wild, and have been reared on Alyssum in captivity.[citation needed]
