(2009)"Morena" (aka "Morena, My Love") is an electrohouse Romanian song written and mixed by DJ Tom Boxer and sung by newcomer Antonia Iacobescu. The song leaked on internet in October, 2009 and premiered on Mainstream radio 21 FM, on January 7, 2010. It was sent to the Television stations on February 28, 2010 and it was digitally released on January 17, 2010.
Music video
The music video is about a lesbian girl [Antonia] who recently returned in her homecountry to visit her lover, Morena. But when she arrives at the bar in which Morena is, she finds out that she had sex with a guy. Disgusted, Antonia leaves the bar crying. Morena follows her, trying to make her stay with her. Before she explained to Antonia that she was scared and tried to be normal, at least once in her life, Morena was kissed by Antonia. After they made up, they left the city in Antonia's car.
