Dato' Mohd Johari Baharum is a Malaysian politician and is currently the Member of the Parliament of Malaysia for the Kubang Pasu constituency in Kedah, Malaysia. He is a member of the governing United Malay National Organisation (UMNO) party and is the Deputy Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry Minister of Malaysia.[1]

In 2007, Mohd Johari was the subject of a corruption investigation following allegations that he received RM 5 million for releasing several criminals while the Deputy Internal Security Minister. The investigation was closed by Attorney-General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail who found there was "no statement to implicate" Johari.[2][3]
