The Mitsubishi Electric Halle (formerly the Philipshalle) is an indoor arena located in Düsseldorf, Germany that was built in 1971. The capacity of the arena is up to 7,500 people. It was originally named after Dutch electronics conglomerate Philips. It was renamed the Mitsubishi Electric Halle in April 2011.[1]

It was home of the RheinEnergie Köln, for Euroleague games, for the 2006/2007 season.

  • David Bowie was scheduled to perform during his Isolar II Tour on May 16, 1978, but the show was cancelled.
  • Billy Talent recorded part of their live CD/DVD, titled 666, here on February 20, 2007.
  • Rihanna performed here during her Good girl gone bad Tour on March 22, 2008.
  • James Blunt reopened the new named and rehabilitated hall with a concert on October 10, 2011.[2]
  • Evanescence performed in the venue in November 18, 2011.
