The Miss Italia UK competition is the pageant that selects the three representative of Britain to compete in the Miss Italia nel Mondo pageant which is held annually in Lido di Jesolo, Italy. The Miss Italia UK pageant re-started in 2009, several years after it stopped running. The first new "Miss Italia UK" which was held in the Jalouse club in central London in 2009 was won by Fernanda Ferrari.
