- Miniature hydraulics
-
This article is about and or corresponds to miniature power machinery. Miniature power machinery or miniature powered machinery is considered to be a 1/4 scale or lower working model of its full scale counterparts. For full scale Hydraulic equipment and or power machinery see Hydraulic machinery. For civil engineering concerning water management, see Hydraulics.
Miniature Hydraulics, abbreviated as or otherwise known as M-H are a copy or model that represents and reproduces regular or standard size hydraulics but in a reduced state; on a small scale or in a greatly reduced size. M-H follows the same operating principles and behavioral properties as their larger hydraulic prototypes; but are done so primarily at reduced sizes and pressures. Miniature Hydraulics are operated by the resistance offered, operated, effected or moved by the pressures transmitted or created by means when a quantity of liquid; being forcing water, oil, or other liquids through a comparatively narrow pipe or orifice.
