Ming An (Holdings) Company Limited (SEHK: 1389) is an insurance company in Hong Kong. It provides general insurance and reinsurance in Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China. It provides motor insurance, property insurance, employee compensation, marine insurance, accident insurance and health insurance.[1]

The company was established in 1949 and headquartered in Hong Kong. Its parent company and largest shareholder is China Insurance International Holdings while its second largest shareholder is Cheung Kong Holdings.[2]
