Midnight Shift Records is a Singapore-based record label established in partnership with Ibadan Records in 2011. The label specializes in Techno and House music from both emerging and established producers. The first EP is slated for release in November 2011.

Of the same name are the Midnight Shift Events, a series of afterhours parties by invite only[1]. Headline acts are kept as a mystery with clues given out to members.

The Midnight Shift record label and events organization are both held by The Singapore Music Cabinet Private Limited.
