The Michigan Head & Spine Institute (MHSI) is a specialized group of neurosurgeons, chiropractors and physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists dedicated to providing patient-centered solutions for patients with injuries to the head, brain, skull and spine. Creating breakthrough treatments, the physician groups is highly skilled in neuro-endovascular and complicated spine surgeries.

With 20 specialists on staff, MHSI has seven locations in Southeast Michigan. Offices are located in Detroit, Novi, Mt. Clemens, New Baltimore, Pontiac, Royal Oak and Southfield. MHSI provides x-rays, MRI and CT scans, electromyogram (EMG) testing, pain management, psychological testing and evaluation, as well as providing medical devices such as braces, collars and splints.
