1996–2005Personal details Born 19 November 1935 Nationality British Religion Church of England Michael Stanley Till was Dean of Winchester in the last decade of the 20th century and the first few years of the 21st.[1] He was educated at Lincoln College, Oxford [2] and ordained in 1965. He began his career with a curacy at St John's, St John's Wood,[3] after which he was Chaplain (and Dean and Fellow) of King's College, Cambridge,[4] Vicar of All Saints', Fulham and Area Dean of Hammersmith before his elevation to the Deanery.
