Carranza, 1954The bagre de muzquiz or Mexican blindcat (Prietella phreatophila) is a species of catfish in the family Ictaluridae. It is endemic to Mexico.
This fish is pinkish white in color and has no eyes. It grows up to 9.2 centimeters in length. It lives only in Coahuila in the Rio Bravo drainage.[1]
