Meistriliiga Season 1994 – 1995 Champions FC Flora Tallinn Promoted FC Tevalte Tallinn Relegated FC Norma Tallinn
FC DAG TartuUEFA Cup FC Flora Tallinn Top goalscorer Serhiy Morozov (25) The 1994-1995 season in the premier Estonian league, named Meistriliiga, was the fourth domestic competition since the Baltic nation gained independence from the Soviet Union on 1991-08-20. Eight teams competed in this edition, with FC Flora Tallinn winning the title for the second in a row.
A win was rewarded with three instead of two points; one point for a draw. After the first round, played in the autumn of 1994, the top six teams played off for title, taking half their points with them to the second round, which was staged in the spring of 1995. The bottom two entered a Premier Division promotion tournament with the top four of the First Division, named Esiliiga.

- ^ By the decision of FIFA, the Estonian FA was forced to take FC Tevalte Tallinn (disqualified one round before the end of the 1993/94 season because of match-fixing without proof) back to the Estonian FA and give the club a place in the Meistriliiga 1995-96 season. Therefore extra promotion/relegation matches were arranged between the sixth team of the final round (FC Norma Tallinn) and the second team of the Premier Division Promotion Tournament (PJK Kalev). The last club won the play-off (2-3 and 0-0), and FC Norma Tallinn relegated to the Esiliiga.
