Pseudotropheus greshakei Meyer & Foerster, 1984William's Mbuna (Maylandia greshakei), also known as Ice Blue Zebra among the aquarium enthusiasts, is a species of fish in the Cichlidae family. The correct name of its genus is not clear; some authors prefer Maylandia, others Metriaclima.
It is endemic to Malawi. Its natural habitat is freshwater lakes.
