Matt had an amateur career record of 115-25 and went onto win the Everlast Under-19 National Amateur Championships twice.[3]
Pro career
On March 26, 2011 Remillard lost to undefeated Miguel Angel Garcia and lost his NABF and WBO NABO Featherweight titles.[4] This bout was televised on HBO.[5]
