Masovian language

Mazovian or Masovian' (Mazovian: movo Masovsa) is a mixed Slavonic–Germanic language descending from the language of the Mazovians (the people living in Masovia Plain in 6th century). Is is spoken by more than 100 000 people.

For historical reasons Masovian contains many Czech and Latin words. Through the long contact with the Polish language, Masovian adopted a sizeable number of Polish words and during the process of polonisation it became known as a dialect of the Polish language, however usage of Polish words differ on a speaker of the language.
