Mariqueen Maandig Reznor is a musician and singer of Filipino descent, currently with the band How to Destroy Angels.

Career

Maandig was a vocalist for the band West Indian Girl from 2004 to 2009,^[1] performing on the albums West Indian Girl and 4th & Wall. Her departure from the band was announced via the band's website, coinciding with the announcement of her engagement to Trent Reznor. In 2010, she and her husband Reznor formed the group How to Destroy Angels, along with long-time Reznor collaborator Atticus Ross.^[2][3] They have so far released a debut eponymous EP, with a full album scheduled for release early 2012.

Personal life

Maandig became engaged to Reznor in April 2009, and they married on October 17, 2009 at a private ceremony in Reznor's home.^[4][5] Maandig gave birth to a son in October 2010.^[6]
