Mahmadsaid Ubaydulloyev (tajik Маҳмадсаид Убайдуллоев) is a Tajikistani politician. He is mayor of Dushanbe since 1996, the national capital. He has also served as Chairman of the Majlisi Milli (upper chamber of Tajik parliament) from 2000.
