Extended royal familyMarie Therese of Württemberg (German: Marie Therese Nadejda Albertine Rosa Philippine Margarethe Christine Helene Josepha Martina Leopoldine, Herzogin von Württemberg[1][2]) (born 12 November 1934 at Schloss Altshausen in Altshausen, Baden-Württemberg, Greater German Empire[1][2]) was a member of the House of Württemberg and a Duchess of Württemberg by birth and a member of the House of Orléans and Countess of Clermont and Princess of Orléans through her marriage to Prince Henri, Count of Clermont (now titled Count of Paris and Duke of France), current Orléanist claimant to the French throne. Upon her divorce from Prince Henri in 1984, Marie Therese was created Duchess of Montpensier by her former father-in-law, Henri, Count of Paris.

Family
Marie Therese was the fifth child and fourth daughter[1][2] of Philipp Albrecht, Duke of Württemberg and his second wife Archduchess Rosa of Austria, Princess of Tuscany.[1][2]
Marriage and issue
Marie Therese married Prince Henri of Orléans, second child and eldest son of Henri, Count of Paris and his wife Princess Isabelle of Orléans-Braganza, on 5 July 1957 in Dreux, Eure-et-Loir, France.[1][2] Upon their marriage, Prince Henri was created Count of Clermont by his father. Marie Therese and Henri had five children:[1]
- Marie Isabelle Marguerite Anne Geneviève d'Orléans (born 3 January 1959, Boulogne sur Seine) married to Prince Gundakar Albert Alfred Petrus of Liechtenstein (born 1 April 1949, Vienna)
- François Henri Louis Marie d'Orléans (born 7 February 1961, Boulogne sur Seine), Count of Clermont, severely disabled from toxoplasmosis.
- Blanche Elisabeth Rose Marie d'Orléans (born 10 September 1962, Ravensburg) , severely disabled from toxoplasmosis.
- Jean Charles Pierre Marie (born 19 May 1965, Boulogne sur Seine), Duke of Vendôme and Dauphin de Viennois, married to Philomena de Tornos y Steinhart
- Eudes Thibaut Joseph Marie (born 18 March 1968, Paris), Duke of Angoulême, married to Marie-Liesse Claude Anne Rolande de Rohan-Chabot (born 29 June 1969, Paris)
Marie Therese and Henri divorced on 3 February 1984[1][2] after which she was created Duchess of Montpensier in her own right.[1][2]
