Dolnji Vrh is a small settlement in the Šmartno pri Litiji municipality in central Slovenia. The area is part of the historical region of Lower Carniola. The municipality is now included in the Central Slovenia statistical region.[2]

The local church is dedicated to John the Baptist and belongs to the Primskovo parish. It dates to the 16th century.[3]
