The music video for the song was released on 20 November 2009.[1]
The music video starts with Paloma sitting in a dressing room, then she is standing on a stage singing. She is singing about her boyfriend from her previous music video, Tyrone, who is back with her but she has to pretend she still loves him.
The video is of a retro style, and is similar to the "New York" video.
To date the video has received just under 1 million views on the video sharing site YouTube.

Despite Faith's first two singles reaching the top 20, "Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful?" failed to reach the top 20.

Chart performance
The single began to receive increased radio airplay throughout December 2009, and throughout January 2010. As such, the single began to receive increasing amounts of digital downloads, and after lingering in the Top 100 on the UK iTunes Chart for a matter of weeks, the song finally entered the UK Singles Chart on the 2nd January 2010 at number 90. The song has so far peaked at #64.[3]
