Richard P. "Dickie" Bell (born October 26, 1946) is an American politician currently in the Virginia House of Delegates. A Republican, he represents the 20th house district; which includes parts of Augusta, Highland, and Rockingham counties, and the city of Staunton, where Bell resides. He first won election in 2009, and was sworn in the following January in Richmond, Virginia.[1]
