"Don" Merricks (born January 13, 1952, in Danville, Virginia) is an American politician of the Republican Party. Since 2008 he has been a member of the Virginia House of Delegates. He currently[update] represents the 16th district in Southside Virginia, made up of parts of Henry and Pittsylvania Counties and the city of Martinsville.[1]
According to the State Board of Elections, Delegate Merricks was unopposed in his re-election bid for 2009.
