Early life and education
Dharmendra Shekhar Ojha, was born in Patna, Bihar, India into a Brahmin family. He is the eldest among seven brothers and sisters. He completed his schooling from High School, Dalmianagar where he spent a part of his childhood. His father Shri Chandra Shekhar Ojha is a businessman and his mother Smt. Maya Ojha is a home maker. After completing his intermediate from Jawahar Lal Nehru Inter College, Dehri-on-sone, his father wanted him to be a government official, but he had a passion for Business right from the childhood. He took no interest in government job and decided to establish one of the most respected corporate group in the world. He did MBA in International Business.
Entrepreneurial ventures
A first generation entrepreneur, Dharmendra Shekhar Ojha started his first business in 2003 at the age of 18, with a capital investment of
20,000 (US$405.6) borrowed from his father. His first business was to Trade in electronic gadgets.In 2005, he founded Mars Group and started a service center chain of Mobile Phones and IT Gadgets under the brand name 'Mars Mserve'. Since then there has been no looking back again and ‘Mars Mserve’ has emerged as a first of this type of multi-brand mobile phones service center chain in India.
With his entrepreneurial spirit and passion to undertake business projects that are transformational in nature, he has created a world class business in variety of domains and occupied a dominant space in corporate sector.
Over the past few years, he has also diversified into emerging business areas in the fast expanding Indian economy. With a vision to build India’s finest conglomerate in next few years, he has forayed into Media and Entertainment, marketing communications, Retail, Services, Consulting, IT and ITES, Printing and Publishing, Hospitality, Transportation, Logistics, Education, Training and Capacity Buildings, Real Estate, Agro, Financial Services, FMCG, Healthcare, Textile, Technology, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and many more.
In 2010, he started a new venture in marketing communications. In August, 2010, Mars Marcom And Media Services Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated and started its operation as a global full fledge ATL and BTL media company and in a very short span of time it has grabbed a large number of clients worldwide.

Dharmendra Shekhar Ojha resides in Mumbai. He is a kind hearted, soft spoken business leader. He is married to Muskaan Ojha and has one son Samriddh.
