The German School of Tokyo Yokohama (東京横浜独逸学園 Tōkyō Yokohama Doitsu Gakuen?) (German: Deutsche Schule Tokyo Yokohama - DSTY) was founded in 1904 in Yokohama.

The Deutsche Schule Tokyo Yokohama (DSTY) is currently the only German School in Japan offering classes up to German high school graduation (grades K to 12, German "Abitur"). At the end of grade 9 the German “Hauptschulabschluss” is reached, at the end of grade 10 qualifying students acquire the “Mittlere Reife” and finally at the end of grade 12 (from 2010/11) the German Baccalaureate ("Abitur") is conferred. The curriculum is based on the German education system ("Bundesland Thüringen"). German-speaking students can transfer between German schools in Germany or abroad and DSTY. The school is accredited by the German Government. Graduates qualify for application to universities in Germany and Japan as well as in most countries all over the world.

The language of instruction is German. English, Japanese, French and Latin are taught as foreign languages, with English and Japanese starting in grade 2, French (and special Japanese lessons for native speakers) in grade 6, and Latin in grade 10. A special class is offered for Swiss nationals from grade 1, introducing them to Swiss geography, history and special French lessons.

From 1967 to 1991 the school was located in Ōmori, Tokyo. Now it is situated in Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama a 10-minute walk from Nakamachidai Station (Yokohama Municipal Subway). The school's buildings (erected in 1991 with a fourth floor added in 2010) are adjacent to a park and include a library, laboratories, computer rooms, outdoor playgrounds, a large gymnasium, heated indoor swimming pool, tennis fields and a soccer field (with artificial turf).
