Demirören (Melli) is a village in Anamur district of Mersin Province, Turkey. At 36°03′N 32°41′E / 36.05°N 32.683°E / 36.05; 32.683 it is situated on the state highway D.400 to the west of Anamur. Distance to Anamur is 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) and to Mersin is 240 kilometres (150 mi). The population of Demirören is 849.^[1] as of 2010. The village is a banana producer.
