The Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens football[1] represents the University of Delaware in NCAA Football Championship Subdivision (formerly Division I-AA) competition. Located in Newark, Delaware, the football program started in 1889. Delaware's present-day rivals include West Chester, Villanova and William & Mary.
