Charles Stagg Rogers was an American college football head coach who was Delaware football program's sixteenth head coach. He led them to an 12–9–4 overall record in three seasons. Prior to his college coaching career, Rogers played football while attending the University of Pennsylvania. He was a member of the 1926 College Football All-America Team.

After graduation, he played in the National Football League for the Frankford Yellow Jackets from 1927 until 1929. He served the team as a player-coach during their 1927 season.
