Daylight Origins Society
The Daylight Origins Society is a Young Earth creationist organisation based in the United Kingdom with ties to the Traditionalist Catholic movement. The stated aims of the Society are "to inform Catholics and others of the scientific evidence supporting special creation as opposed to evolution, and that the true discoveries of Science are in conformity with Catholic doctrines."Cite error: Closing

tag; see the help page According to the British Centre for Science Education, which maintains a list of anti-evolution groups, the Daylight Origins Society, "doesn't appear to cooperate at all with mainstream creationist groups which are all basically Protestant, calvinistic and evangelical," and that "as far as [they] can make out, it isn't very active."[2] The Daylight Origins Society was originally founded in 1977 by John G. Campbell as the Counter Evolution Group. It was relaunched in 1991 under its present name,[3] as a branch of CESHE.[4] The current secretary of the Society is Anthony Nevard, a school master living in Hertfordshire.[5] Polish academic and Member of the European Parliament Maciej Giertych is an honorary member of the Society.[citation needed] The Society issues a quarterly Catholic creationist journal titled Daylight, published beginning in 1977 by Campbell, and after 1991, published and edited by Nevard.[6] Its writers have included Giertych[5] and it has reprinted works by historical Christian authors, including G. K. Chesterton and C. S. Lewis.[3]The Kolbe Center for the study of Creation
The Kolbe Center is a traditional interpretation organization based in Virginia, United States. It is a pro active group lead by Hugh Owen and hosts international seminars as well as hosting events in the U.S. The organization includes members such as priests, scientists and lay people. The Kolbe Center was incorporated in the State of Virginia as a non-profit educational corporation on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, December 8, in the Year of Jubilee 2000. The directors of the Kolbe Center are members of St. John Bosco Parish in Mt. Jackson, Virginia. The Episcopal Advisor of the Kolbe Center is Bishop Roman Danylak. The Kolbe Center's Theological Reviewer is Fr. Victor Warkulwiz, and its Spiritual Advisor Fr. Robert Ruskamp.
The Kolbe Center is committed in a special way to defending the Catholic teaching that "the literal and obvious sense of Scripture" as intended by the sacred authors must be believed unless reason or necessity force us to reject that teaching in favor of an exclusively figurative interpretation.
The Kolbe Center is bigger than the Daylight Origin Society, and both organisations tend to support each other for their common cause.
