David North is an American screenwriter and producer who has worked on shows such as The Late Show with David Letterman and the crime drama NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service which he has both written and produced since its inception in 2003. To date he has penned more than twenty NCIS episodes including the two-part season five finale, Judgment Day Part 1 & 2 (co-written), and the season six finale, Aliyah.
North is a 2003 graduate of Indiana University and currently resides in Manhattan Beach, California.
