The Dominican Summer Blue Jays are a baseball team in the Dominican Summer League. The DSL is a rookie level competition, and therefore the team is a rookie affiliate. The team plays in the San Pedro de Macorís division.
There were two Blue Jays teams in 2007 and 2008.

In 2008 both the Blue Jays1 and Blue Jays2 who are affiliates of the Toronto Blue Jays, play in the Boca Chica South division at the Toronto Blue Jays complex in the Dominican Republic. They play 72 games between the end of May until mid to late August with playoffs beginning at the end of August. The players in this league wear uniforms identical to the Major League teams.

Catcher, Carlos Perez Infielder, Oliver Dominguez On Wednesday July 23rd, 2008 the Toronto Blue Jays signed 16 year old 6-3, 180 pound Dominican shortstop Gustavo Pierre (although expected to be moved to the outfield) as an international free agent for a signing bonus worth an estimated $700,000 and will start in the Dominican Summer League.
The 2008 Dominican Summer League season for Blue Jays1 ended with a record of 35 Wins and 33 Losses finishing 4th in the group and 13 Games Back from the Giants who were Division Champions.
2009 Summer Season
The Blue Jays now have one DSL team in the Boca Chica North Division and finished the season 4th, 8 games back of the DSL Giants who won the division. The 2009 DSL Blue Jays finished the season with a record of 43 Wins and 26 Losses.
2010 Summer Season
In 2010 the Blue Jays DSL team moved into the San Pedro Division.
