Cymbalophora pudica is a moth of the Arctiidae family. It is found in Southern Europe and Western North Africa.

The wingspan is 35–42 mm. The moths are on wing from August to September depending on the location.

The larvae feed on various grasses and Taraxacum officinale and other low growing plants.
