It was engineered by Steve McMillan and recorded at Music Finder, Hollywood California. It was self-produced by Poison Ivy.[1]
The Cramps re-released the album on their own Vengeance Records in 2001 containing the bonus tracks "Bikini Girls With Machine Guns" (live), "Beat Out My Love," "Jailhouse Rock" and "Jackyard Backoff." 'Bikini Girls With Machine Guns' became the band's only UK Top 40 single, reaching #35 in 1989.
