Hudson County, New Jersey County Route 621 is 0.74 miles (1.19 km) long and runs along the middle part Pacific Avenue from Communipaw Avenue to Bramhall Avenue in the Lafayette Section of Jersey City, New Jersey.

The avenue was a stop on the Newark and New York Railroad.^[2]

There are plans to extend the avenue southward as part of the Canal Crossing community.^[3]
