Cornelius Gardinier (b. 1798 Johnstown, then in Montgomery County, now in Fulton County, New York ) was an American politician from New York.
Life
He married Jane Quackenbush (b. 1799) and their son was Henry Wemple Gardinier (later Gardner) (1818–1889).
He lived in Fultonville, New York.
He was a Canal Commissioner from 1854 to 1856, elected on the Whig ticket.
