The Constituent Legislature of Spain was the first Council of Ministers after the dictatorship of Francisco Franco. It followed the general election of 1977. It was from June 13, 1977 to March 22, 1979.

Notes

  1. ^ On August 27, the Ministry of Culture and Welfare became the Ministry of Culture. The competences of Welfare went to the Ministry of Health and Social Security.
  2. ^ This Ministry disappeared on February 28. Its competences went to the Ministry of Presidency.
