Corporate history

The company, formerly known as HealthFlash, Inc., changed its name to Compliance 360, Inc. in November 2003. The company was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia.[2] Compliance 360 has been noted among Inc Magazine's America’s fastest growing private companies in 2009[3], 2010[4], and 2011[5].

Delivered via Software as a Service (SaaS),[6] Compliance 360’s software solution features components to monitor pertinent regulations and other requirements, organize compliance documentation, projects and activities, conduct audits and self-assessments, collect and manage issues and incidents, and demonstrate proof of compliance.
