Comasina is a station Line 3 of Milan Metro, whose inauguration took place on March 26, 2011, twenty-one years after the opening of the original trunk of the line. Since its opening, it represents the nortern terminus of the line and it is one of the four stations of Line 3 opened to the public in 2011, forming the section from Dergano to Comasina.

This station is located in Comasina district, and it allows interchange with several lines serving the northern part of the Province of Milan.

The station is underground, it is built on a single tunnel with two tracks.
