- Colonia Hipódromo Condesa
-
Colonia Hipódromo Condesa is a colonia or neighborhood located west of the historic center of Mexico City. The colonia is part of the “La Condesa” area of the city, which also includes Colonia Condesa and Colonia Hipódromo. This colonia is better known popularly as part of La Condesa, as it shares much of the same architectural styles. The colonia is bordered by the following streets: Avenida Michoacán and Alfonso Reyes in the north, Eje 4 Sur Benjamín Franklin in the south, Avenida Tamaulipas in the east and Ciurcuito Interior José Vasconcelos to the west. Its postal code is 06170. It was populated slightly later than the rest of La Condesa, but with the same demographic. While like its neighbors, it has a number of fine restaurants, it has managed to keep more of its quiet residential character.[1]
